A Dreamy Barbie Cake

I created this chocolate cake for a little girl who celebrated her

6th

birthday!

The filling is a strawberry strong taste of buttercream icing,

mixed with real fruit strawberries!

The edible waffle with Barbie was bought from a local patisserie, the cake board was covered with white and pink mixture rolled fondant icing, a useful link about this here. The name of the little girl was made by my oldest daughter and she also make the yellow butterflies.She was so happy!

The fondant figure barbie was made by me. 

The swirl roses made by vegetal cream.
All the cake has edible Pastel Blue Glitter Rainbow Dust! The Rolled fondant i bought from Sweettrends on line shop and it was fantastic!

Strawberry Cupcakes with Strawberry Raspberry Buttercream

Strawberry cupcakes 

The Buttercream mixed with Homemade  Strawberry Raspberry Jam.

Strawberry Fluffy Cupcakes Recipe:

from my Fluffy Strawberry Cake

Ingredients
1 1 / 2 cups sugar
250 g soft margarine
4 middle egg
250 g strawberry yogurt
1 / 3 cup milk
3 1 / 2 cups flour-rising
2 teaspoons of strawberry flavor
1 vanilla powder

Directions
1.Put all ingredients

 in a large bowl and beat with mixer for 10 minutes. 

2.Pour batter into cupcake liners.

3.Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.

Feel your heart slowly stop!
